Leaders for Seattle Pablo y Pablos

Heavy Restaurant Group is seeking individuals to join our FOH leadership teams at our Pablo y Pablo locations in Seattle. HRG is a small, family owned restaurant group in the Seattle area. The group consists of three Purple Cafe and Wine Bars, three Pablo y Pablos and our newest location, Hushy's Sandwiches.

Pablo y Pablo is a spirited neighborhood Mexican restaurant and bar that uses bold ingredients and quality spirits to craft flavorful and fun menus. Handmade light fixtures, tile bars, and colorful wall s help set the perfect mood for an intimate dinner or lively gatherings. We aim to provide a genuine and energizing dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

- Leadership and management experience

- Passion for hospitality

- Experience working in fast paced and high volume restaurants

- Exudes positive energy and leads by example

- Shows integrity, ownership, and a willingness to learn and grow

- Service and/or bartending experience

As a FOH lead you will work a variety of positions and take on many different roles, having the ability to pivot is important for your success. You will work closely with the leadership team and GM to push our teams for excellence through service expectations, education, cleanliness, and hospitality.
