New cocktail bar with a wood-fired kitchen seeks late-night cook.
Panther Club is a new cocktail bar in SE Portland with an old Vegas vibe and a steakhouse happy hour menu. We are seeking a line cook for four 10-hour night shifts per week.
The individual best suited for the gig will be a team player with a positive attitude whomunicates well and has at least one year of BOH experience.
Your duties will include prep and execution of the menu, as well as operating the dishwasher and general closing duties. You will primarily be working solo. You would have a creative outlet with weekly cook specials, should that be something you're interested in!
Compensation is $21/hr plus tips based on food sales! Also staff meal is always free and you will be able to use an employee discount at other Chefstable and Really Cool Bars (Jackie's, Sugar Hill) locations.
