Shortland Golf Club - NEW COURSE!

The bartender at Shortland Golf Club creates a weing atmosp for guests, making their experience memorable. The bartender must be friendly, attentive, and anticipate guest needs while working in a slow-paced, fast-paced and enjoyable environment. Looking for outstanding personalities and can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests, answer inquiries, and offer suggestions on food, beverages, and service.

Engage with guests, fostering a friendly and positive atmosp.

Accurately relay orders to the service bar and kitchen using the POS system.

Serve food and drinks to guests following Shortland's service standards.

Observe guests and promptly respond to additional requests.

Assist in clearing and resetting dining room tables.

Perform other tasks assigned by a manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Current High School student or graduate.

Proficient in reading, writing, basic math, and verbalmunication.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move for extended periods, up to four hours.

Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.

Ability to carry plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.

Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.

**Required to have current food handler and liquor serving permits.
