Join the heart of the action this football season with 1883 Provision Co.! We re hiring Prep Cooks to support our catering operations during the 2025 Texas Football season and throughout our high-volume event calendar.

As a Prep Cook, you'll be essential in helping our culinary team execute large-scale, high-quality events from VIP suites and tailgates to plated banquets and team meals.

What You ll Do:

Prep ingredients according to recipes and event menus

Assist with basic cooking, chopping, labeling, andanizing

Support Cook I and culinary leads with production needs

Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are met

with setup and breakdown of prep and event spaces

We're Looking For:

Some kitchen experience preferred (culinary students wee)

Strong work ethic,anization, and ability to follow directions

Able to work quickly and efficiently in a team setting

Availability for all home football games (weekends required) and flexible event hours

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Food Handler Certified
