Hiring Busser/Host/Support Staff El Gaucho Vancouver
El Gaucho Vancouver Bussersmunicate with and assists servers to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction. Serves water, bread, and butter to guests and provides refills as needed. Responsible for clearing guests plates, utensils, and other service items from the table between courses and clears tables after guests leave. Replaces dishes and utensils for next course and cleans and resets vacated tables. Returns dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware to dish washing area or bar. May assist waitstaff in serving tables with hot beverages such as coffee or tea. Maintain clean,anized, and well stocked workstations. To provide the highest quality of service to guests in accordance withpany policies and objectives, to strive towards guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, and profitability.
El Gaucho Vancouver Hosts are the first and last impression of the restaurant and sets the tone for the dining experience.
We are looking for energetic, friendly professionals to wee locals and visitors; helping to create amazing, personalized evenings for each guest.
Our staff is constantly moving and multitasking, and individuals that work well in a fast-paced, team environment thrive within ourpany.
Our hosts graciously greet guests, assist with coats, escort guests to their table, provide menus, and ensure that special requests are wellmunicated. They also warmly answer iing calls, input reservations, and assist the Front Desk Lead with accurate table checks.
