What Youll Do:
Sell wine, not just pour it. Help guests discover bottles and styles theyll love.
Recommend pairings and guide guests through our wine-friendly light bites menu.
Mix a small number of classic and house cocktails with carewine is the focus here.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar that meets NYC health & safety standards (NYC Food Handler's Certification required).
Handle transactions efficiently using our POS system.
Contribute to a smooth, collaborative team serviceand jump in where needed.
Youre a Great Fit If You:
Have a strong foundation in winefrom service roles, certifications, or self-study.
Are confident upselling wine in a conversational, non-pushy way.
Enjoy pairing food and wine and want to help guests experience both.
Are dependable, friendly, and team-oriented.
Can work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A Note on Our Food Program:
We currently serve a small menu of wine-friendly snacks and light fare. While simple for now, were excited to make food a stronger part of our guest experience over time. Bartenders here have the opportunity to help shape how we talk about and grow this part of the programespecially when it comes to wine and food pairings.
