Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value casino guests.

Create personalized experiences that exceed guest expectations and elevate their loyalty.

Welcome new casino guests, introducing them to the full spectrum of what the casino has to offer.

Manage reservations for exclusive casino events, including tournaments, giveaways, concerts, and parties.

Dispense premium amenities to qualified high-end guests.

Represent Little Creek Casino Resort at both on-property and off-property events.

Reactivate dormant high-value players through direct contact (mail, telephone, personal visits, etc.).

Collaborate with Casino Marketing and other departments to identify VIP guests and ensure their satisfaction.

Handle guest concerns and complaints swiftly and professionally.

Work closely with the Casino Marketing team to deliver on strategic marketing initiatives aimed at high-value players.

Stay informed of all upcoming events at the property to ensure guests are aware and engaged.

Assist with the training of new Casino Marketing staff on operational procedures, IT systems, and team philosophies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino marketing, guest services, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a Casino Host or Executive Casino Host role, managing high-value guest portfolios in a small to medium-sized casino or similar setting.

Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with VIP players, driving engagement, and increasing revenue.

Proficiency in player tracking systems and CRM software, with a strong ability to analyze data to optimize guest strategies.

Skilled in managing guest service challenges and providing personalized, professional solutions.

Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Valid Washington State Driver's License and insurable on the Tribe's insurance.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
