The Caf Team Member at Urban Air Adventure Park is primarily responsible for efficiently serving guests with food and drink. This role encompasses both

Back of House (BOH)and

Front of House (FOH)duties, working in the kitchen and/or service area. The team member will engage in cashiering, interacting with guests, and preparing and serving food, while demonstrating a fast-paced work ethic with a sense of urgency and offering high standards of guest service and care.

Key responsibilities include assisting guests with food and drink orders, providing menu and product information, managing inventory, and handling sales transactions, including upselling. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the caf and surrounding areas, addressing guest concerns, and working according to established operational procedures. Additionally, the team member will be responsible for food preparation, handling, and storage, ensuring compliance with health codes, and maintaining organized kitchen and storage areas. Participation in staff meetings and training is also required, along with performing other assigned duties.
