Event Coordinator for In-person SF Events compensation: $20/hr Event Coordinator (Part-Time / Contract) Location: Remote (SF preferred) | Compensation: Hourly or fixed per event We're looking for an organized, proactive Event Coordinator to help us host a recurring series of casual, community-driven evening events centered on AI agents, MCP, and agentic infrastructure. What You'll Do: - Plan and execute tech gatherings (1-2/month) - Find and book venues in SF or other major tech hubs - Set up Luma or Eventbrite pages, manage RSVPs - Coordinate speakers and invites from our network (and beyond) - Handle logistics like food/snacks, signage, and equipment if needed - Create a welcoming vibe that supports conversation and connection Who You Are: - Comfortable working independently and managing timelines - Passionate (or curious) about AI, startups, or decentralized tech - Experienced in community events or tech meetups (ideal but not required) - Based in the Bay Area (ideal, but not required) If this is you, we'd love to chat.
