Position Summary
Are you an early bird with a passion for cooking and creating memorable breakfast experiences? We're looking for a skilled Breakfast Grill Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team! In this fast-paced role, you'll prepare and cook a variety of delicious breakfast items on the grill and other kitchen equipment, delivering high-quality meals that delight our guests and set the tone for their day.
You'll bring energy and precision to every plate, maintain a clean andanized station, and ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Breakfast Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook classic breakfast favorites, including eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and more.
Operate grills, griddles, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring each order is cooked to perfection.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures for consistent, high-quality results.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain quality and minimize waste.
Keep your station clean,anized, and stocked with fresh ingredients and necessary tools.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to prepare orders quickly and efficiently, especially during busy morning rushes.
Communicate clearly with the team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
train and support new kitchen team members on grill techniques and food safety standards.
Food Safety & Sanitation
Strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including safe food handling and proper storage.
Maintain a spotless grill station by regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and tools.
Ad to all local health department regulations andpany safety protocols.
Customer Service Excellence
Prepare food to customer specifications, ensuring every dish meets expectations for taste, quality, and presentation.
Address and resolve any customer concerns related to food preparation or quality promptly and professionally.
Work efficiently to keep up with high volume and deliver prompt, friendly service.
Inventory & Supply Management
manage inventory levels for breakfast ingredients andmunicate supply needs to the Food Service Manager.
Support efforts to reduce food waste through proper portion control and ingredient usage.
Health & Safety Compliance
Prioritize safety by properly handling hot equipment and preventing accidents.
Maintain accurate logs for temperature checks and food safety practices as required.
Operational Efficiency
Prepare and serve food orders quickly and accurately to keep service running smoothly.
Organize and maintain your station to minimize downtime and streamline operations.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy kitchen environment.
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Comfortable working with hot equipment and in warm kitchen conditions during peak hours.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
