Looking for Head Bartender Position

Looking for Head Bartender position. If you have NO REAL experience DO NOT apply please. We DON'T need servers, we need skilled bartenders that know how to open and close out drawers. Must be fast, VERY FAST! Must have a sense of urgency towards customers, and have your head on a swivel to work here. DO NOT apply if you have any trips planned before September

- MUST have at least 1 FULL years bartending experience.
- MUST be ready to train this week.
- MUST be familiar with POS touch screen systems, cash drawers and printers
- MUST be available almost every Friday and Saturday within the hours 5pm-3am
- MUST live within 20 minutes of Hollywood and have reliable transportation.
- MUST be great with customers and understand how Yelp reviews are important.
- MUST love to clean and be organized.
- MUST have a checking account and social security number
