Bartending experience is a plus but not required: Bartending side: wine service, sales, guest interaction, and hospitality is trainable.

This Role Involves:
Opening the kitchen: prep, station setup, inventory
Closing the kitchen: breaking down stations, storing food properly, deep cleaning
Executing a simple, seasonal menu: cheese & charcuterie, salads, sandwiches, crudos, waffles, bistro fare
Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
Following food safety protocols (certification required or obtained upon hire)
Washing dishes (every team member does dishes)
Bartending as needed: serving and selling food & wine, clearing/wiping tables, welcoming guests
