The Life of the Guest Service Associate:

• Responsible for inbound guest inquiries including booking reservations
• Process orders from guests
• Process membership changes, refunds, and returns
• Support member activities including canceling membership and placing members on hold
• Customize wine club shipments
• Answer quality concern questions
• Process claims forms due to shipment error
• Troubleshoot delivery concerns
• Troubleshoot shipment errors
• Update knowledge base and canned responses in FreshDesk

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, or similar
• Excellent communication both written and oral
• Professional, enthusiastic
• Adaptable
• Ability to problem solve
