ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
Make guest reservations and promote available packages or upgrades
Handle all forms of payments and maintain an accurate cash float
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel layout, room types, and rate plans
Ensure guest safety and building security through adherence to procedures
Assist with Night Audit duties when required
Support additional front office or hotel operations as needed
Job Requirements:
Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an asset
Computer literacy and strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
Willingness to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays
Professional demeanor and presentation
Positive, guest-focused mindset
