**Austin Bridge & Road** is currently seeking a Bilingual **Receptionist** to join our corporate team in **Coppell, Texas** . This role is essential as the first point of contact for the company, providing professional and courteous service to all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service for all guests and team members.

+ Answer and direct multiple phone lines, responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

+ Greet and welcome visitors, announce guests appropriately, and assist job applicants with check-in and general questions.

+ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and reception area.

+ Enter weekly group timesheet data accurately and on schedule.

+ Sort and distribute incoming mail daily.

+ Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail and courier services.

+ Administer key fobs for employee access.

+ Prepare workstations for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

+ Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies as needed.

+ Serve as backup to the Office Manager during PTO or absences.

+ Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.

+ Assist with special projects and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

+ Ability to commit to a full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

+ Professional appearance and demeanor; business professional dress required.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Minimum of 1 year of administrative or receptionist experience.

+ Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

+ Proactive, resourceful, and approachable with a positive, can-do attitude.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

**Requirements:**

+ High School Diploma/GED or higher.

+ Valid drivers license.
