Maintenance Mechanic 2 - Building Department

Job Duties:

Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff and tenants of Amarillo National Bank

Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support

Perform general maintenance on equipment and systems such as;

Lighting and electrical systems

Plumbing systems, fixtures, and pumps

HVAC systems, components, and controls

Mechanical systems and components

Respond to after-hours emergency calls

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

5 years' experience in general maintenance of lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, controls, mechanical systems and components, pumps, fans, and other equipment. Good work ethic and detail oriented, with pride in workmanship. Desire to be part of a successful maintenance team. Ability to execute a high standard of quality service
