We are an established independent pizzeria and are looking for an experienced industry professional to join our team at our SE Division location. We are a very tight crew and work efficiently by setting ourselves up for a successful service using clearmunication and staying clean andanized. We all high standards and a passion for quality food.

We are looking to fill a part time FOH/Slice Counter position.

The FOH Slice Counter position is a customer-facing role and involves heating and serving pizza by the slice, serving beer and wine, keeping our dining room and patio clean, performing side work, and fostering an overall weing and kind environment for our guests. Serving, bartending, deli, or cafe experience would to this role.

Main tasks include:

Customer-facing counter service

Taking orders and using Square POS to process transactions

Receiving, accepting, and updating iing online orders on a tablet

Answering the phone to take orders and answer customer questions

Occasionally calling customers about their orders

Warming, topping, and serving slices to order

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of the restaurant

Serving alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and batch cocktails

Handling busy rushes and long lines of customers while staying calm and focused

Communicating slice pie stock with kitchen throughout the day

Food running for kitchen

Keeping the dining area and outdoor tables clean

Restocking and refreshing napkins, shakers, beverages etc. as needed

Light prep such as pre-making salads before open, portioning sauces, assembling to-go packaging, etc.

Making salads, desserts, etc

ing with dishes and keeping the shop clean throughout the day and after closing

Completing open, mid, closing, and cleaning check lists daily

Awareness of and updating signage and menus

Compensation:

$25/hr flat wage - we charge a service fee so your gross pay is guaranteed and consistent regardless of daily sales or customers' tipping preferences

Health/Vision/Dental benefits available for full time employees after 60 days, with premiums billed pre-tax and 50% covered by employer
