Responsibilities

Dealer School Program Highlights

• Paid Training: Earn $16.50/hour during the program
• Program Duration: 8 weeks, starting September 1st
• Class Schedule: Monday through Thursday
• Flexible Options: Multiple time slots available to fit your schedule

Employment Requirements

To be considered for employment upon graduation, candidates must:

• Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Uphold strong ethical standards
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Pass a basic math test
• Audition for each game (experienced dealers only)

Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma
• Able to perform basic mental math calculations
• Successfully complete the interview process

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
• Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment
• Must have strong sensory and visual acuity
• Be prepared for a hectic, noisy, and crowded casino setting with constant public interaction
