Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team and play a key leadership role in shaping and elevating our hospitality program. This hands-on position is involved in all aspects of daily floor operations, guest relations, staff development, and overall team performance, while actively collaborating with the broader leadership team.
The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of service and hospitality, a genuine passion for great food and beverage, and the ability to lead with focus, adaptability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Floor Leadership
- Deliver an amazing, consistent experience for every guest
- Be highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests and resolving issues with professionalism
- Ensure excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Uphold brand standards and lead by example in demeanor, dress, and attitude

Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing dining room team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and timely performance evaluations.
- Foster a respectful, team-oriented work culture.
- Collaborate with managers and ownership to align Dining Room/Kitchen operations

Operations Management
- Oversee dining room operations, including scheduling.
- Ensure consistent execution of opening and closing duties.
- Monitor maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations

Financial & Strategic Oversight
- Manage labor costs, COGS, and other controllables to meet budget goals.
- Implement and uphold policies and procedures that support operational efficiency

What You Bring to the Table

Professional Attributes
- Deep knowledge of food, wine, and dining service.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred) and financial reporting.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in full-service restaurants.
- At least three references in a management or leadership capacity.
- Full-time availability, including nights and weekends (except Sundays and certain holidays)

Compensation: $80,000$85,000
Benefits: Full medical insurance, PTO, 401(k), dining benefit
Schedule: Full-time, including nights and weekends (except Sundays and select holidays)
