$$$ JAPANESE RESTAURANT Is Hiring SERVERS $$$

-Some Japanese food knowledge as well as fine dining experience preferred.
-knowledge of Wines, Sake and Liquors as well as basic Cocktails strongly preferred.
-Two to three years New York restaurant experience a must
-The ideal candidate should have a great personality, charisma and should feel at ease navigating through a section of 7 tables or more while still providing great service.
-The candidate must be able to carry up to 50 pounds at times and stay on his/her feet for an extended period.
-The ideal candidate must keep an impeccable demeanor, be quick on his/her feet, punctual, reliable and be a solid team player.
-The ideal candidate must have open availabilities and will definitely be scheduled to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays (please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday brunches as well as on most major Holidays/ Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day etc..)
-The Restaurant does have a NON FACIAL HAIR policy.
