Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member who has a background in production baking and an eye for detail. As a Production Team Member, you are responsible for making high volume batches of our signature dough recipe, rolling out cinnamon rolls and baking. This is an early morning position, with the shifts beginning at 5 AM. Early mornings are a must, but we can be flexible with days of the week.

Responsibilities:

Mix high volumes of dough

Prepare and bake our signature cinnamon rolls

Maintain a clean andanized work environment

Uphold Kinnamons standards of quality and service

Dish washing and other janitorial duties

Requirements:

Positive and upbeat personality.

Strong back-of-house skills.

Previous baking experience is a must.

Ability to read and follow recipes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Self starter and able to work with little supervision as well as in a team environment

Willingness to be cross-trained for front as needed.

Excellentmunication.

Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Part Time Position available

Compensation:

$18/hour + tip pool
