We're looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to join our team, starting August 20, 2025, to help us build stronger connections and support vital initiatives in Rhode Island and Connecticut.

In this dynamic hybrid role (primarily remote with one day a week in Providence, RI), you'll be at the heart of our community efforts. You'll lead and execute engaging community events, from coordinating volunteers to crafting compelling communications. You'll also play a key part in our grant portfolio management, ensuring our non-profit partners receive the support they need while maintaining data integrity. If you're a detail-oriented communicator with a knack for stakeholder engagement and event coordination, we'd love to hear from you! Experience in non-profit, marketing, or relationship management is a plus, but not required – your passion and skills are what matter most.

salary: $37.54 - $37.55 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

o Lead logistics, organization and be on-site representative at various internal and external events and volunteer activities including collaborating with internal stakeholders on details, scripting company's spokesperson, writing event briefs, media points, managing invitations and RSVPs for colleague participation, etc.
o Work with Coordinator to ensure event deliverables such as logos, ads, videos, and logistics including company’s branding and giveaway items are executed on time and successfully.
