One night serving Tiki Cocktails for the PDXotica Event

Aloha!

PDXotica is a three day home tiki bar tour based out of the Al Kader Shrine Center in Wilsonville, OR. We need a quality mixologist who can make three craft tiki cocktails and one mocktail. The shift is from 4:00pm to Midnight on August 16th. We will provide the bar back, and perform the cleaning. The hour from 4:00pm-5:00pm is for your bar prep time (you coulde earlier if you need more time), and the bar opens at 5pm. Dinner begins at 6:00pm with a burlesque show at 7:00pm. The bands The Apollo Four and The Verbtones will play from 8:00pm-11:45pm. Last call is at 11:30pm.

You need to prepare recipes for three tiki cocktails and one mocktail for 100 people in attendance. T will be another bar with beer, wine, soda, and mixed drinks. You will only be preparing your three tiki cocktails and the mocktail. Guests will buy drinks with a colored drink chip, you will not handle money. Your pay is $300.00 plus tips for the night.
