Bartender Needed - Thursday-Sunday

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy shifts.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a food service environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
Knowledge of cocktail recipes is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
Certification in food safety or alcohol service is desirable but not mandatory.
