Job Details Calico, Blagden Hospitality's bustling urban backyard, tucked away in Blagden Alley, is looking for Bartenders! We're seeking individuals who are not only skilled behind the bar but who also possess a genuine passion for hospitality. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to interact with people, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences, then we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Prepare bar for service, including stocking and organizing supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Contribute to the development of our craft cocktail program by creating innovative and delicious drinks
• Take initiative and demonstrate leadership in supporting the bar team
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Committed to upholding ethical and professional standards
• Must be a team player and treat all coworkers with respect
