What we are looking for from you: 3-5+ years running a busy kitchen (Michelin Star experience is great but not a must). Able to manage a great team, treat them well and manage all of the normal items that fall under a head chef's domain (Ordering, Financial Reporting, Scheduling, Menu Development and Communications, etc.). Job Details We are looking to find an ambitious, detail oriented Chef de Cuisine for our well loved restaurant in Silicon Valley. We are a team of professionals with a proven track record and we are looking to find someone to lead a progressive Californian menu that showcases the amazing product from local farms and vendors. Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $110,000.00)
