Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Efficient running of kitchen overseeing food preparation, servicing breakfast and lunch
  • Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing day-to-day tasks, and producing key menu items, while leading the staff and managing all food related functions
  • Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation, and plating of food items

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in upscale catering or high-volume banquets required
  • Experience with high-volume (2000+ ppl) required
  • 3+ Years in a Culinary leadership role required
