Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of high-volume hospitality experience
Strong network and connections within the industry
Energetic, personable, and able to thrive under pressure with excellent prioritization skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the host team, working closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations
Act as shift supervisor when needed
Sell and maintain VIP table reservations and guest lists
Serve as an ambassador for the venuemarket the brand, events, and offerings to your target audience
Build and maintain a strong client database, growing your personal and venue clientele
Provide accurate information about the venue and services to all guests
Clearly and positively communicate table minimums and cover charges
Maximize revenue by optimizing available space and maintaining table standards
Welcome and entertain guests with professionalism and warmth
Maintain detailed knowledge of the venue layout and table assignments
Ensure smooth communication between hosts, service staff, and management for flawless guest experiences
Proactively address guest needs and requests in real time
Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
