We are looking for an experienced and dynamic VIP Host to join our Campbell team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have the network and charisma to keep the party going, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume hospitality experience

• Strong network and connections within the industry

• Energetic, personable, and able to thrive under pressure with excellent prioritization skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the host team, working closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations

• Act as shift supervisor when needed

• Sell and maintain VIP table reservations and guest lists

• Serve as an ambassador for the venuemarket the brand, events, and offerings to your target audience

• Build and maintain a strong client database, growing your personal and venue clientele

• Provide accurate information about the venue and services to all guests

• Clearly and positively communicate table minimums and cover charges

• Maximize revenue by optimizing available space and maintaining table standards

• Welcome and entertain guests with professionalism and warmth

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the venue layout and table assignments

• Ensure smooth communication between hosts, service staff, and management for flawless guest experiences

• Proactively address guest needs and requests in real time

Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
