Night Bartender/Server

Fireside in Burien is currently looking for a professional bartender/server to join our team. A minimum of 2 yrs experience bartending in a high volume restaurant is required. We are a very busy restaurant, so the ability to keep yourposure/professional demeanor while moving at a fast pace is essential. A background in craft cocktails and wine knowledge are big assets. The schedule would be predominantly pm shift evenings, Friday & Saturday closing shifts and flexibility to switch up shifts.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years bartending and serving experience

Ability to produce drinks with speed & accuracy in a high volume environment

Full service dining background

Interested in learning new cocktails & able to follow cocktail recipes

Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and food

Ability to multitask, while being courteous & gracious to guests & co workers

Must have valid serving permits, King Co. Food Handlers & WSLCB MAST permits

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb a step ladder
