Citizen Collective/Phinney Station/Ridgewood Bottle & Tap is looking for a team member who can start training right away. No bartending experience necessary, but weekend availability is a must. The shifts we have available are on Tuesdays and Sundays, with the opportunity for more shifts after summer. Our locations are on Phinney Ridge and on Lower Queen Anne. We cross train at all three locations and split shifts between all three locations, but you'll always have the same set, consistent shifts! The current shifts available are split between Phinney Station and Citizen with potential for shifts at Ridgewood. We like to hustle and have fun while we work, not only are we team members, we are professional vibe-setters.

The ideal candidate will:

Have weekend availability

Work independently, as well as with our tight knit crew

Have a positive attitude

Have a strong work ethic

Love having a clean, tidy, andanized bar

Super amazing customer service skills

Desire to learn and grow within our business group

Great if you have, but not a dealbreaker:

Previous experience in a taproom or brewery setting

Previous experience in coffee

Previous experience in bars and/or restaurants

Previous experience in with liquor/cocktail programs

Beer and liquor knowledge
