We are an Italian inspired neighborhood restaurant operating in the family-friendly Mueller neighborhood since 2016. We were named a top Austin restaurant in the 2022 Austin-American Statesman dining guide by Mathew Odam, as well as a Big Heart award winner by Austin Gives. We are amunity focused establishment and seek to create a diverse team. We are currently looking for an experienced server, ideally with interest or experience behind the bar.

We make drinks you really can't get anyw else. Like the food we offer, we craft every bitter, liqueur, amari, shrub, soda, etc. in house. We encourage exploration and creativity behind the bar and pride ourselves on utilizing local ingredients to inspire.

Have a bar program that builds original drinks featuring a majority of house made products, such as bitters, liqueurs, amari, shrubs, sodas, etc.

For this position, We ask that You:

Have worked in hospitality for a minimum of 2 years

Including work at a guest-facing bar for a minimum of 1 year

Have a thorough understanding of wine and spirits, classic cocktails and proper bar techniques

Have an innate sense of curiosity and demonstrate an eagerness to learn

Are able to work on your feet for 6+ hours in a dynamic service environment

Take pride in being a clearmunicator

Conduct yourself with integrity, urgency, and find grace under pressure

Additional skill sets which we value but are not required:

Interest/experience in foraging, fermenting, pickling, jamming, canning, etc.

Knowledge of Italian regional wine and cuisine
