From the Gulf Coast to the Bahamas and back up to the East Coast, we ve modeled our menus after our most memorable meals eaten near the sea. Our seafood is sustainably sourced from our most-trusted vendors along the American coastline, with special attention paid to our friends on the Gulf.
About You: We are looking for energetic and bright person to join our team. We value attitude and positivity, and look for people who strive to deliver consistent,fortable and repeatable experiences. Discussing food and beverage features is a must.
Position Summary:
The Server employee is accountable for continuously maintaining their section of tables, Running food and beverages to guests. Restocking plates and glassware as needed. Maintaining up to date food, beverage and service policies knowledge. Collecting money from guests for orders received. Meeting timing standards set in place for your restaurant. Discussing and selling food and beverage features to guests.
Duties & Responsibilities: (To include, but not limited to)
Provide exceptional customer service. Anticipate and address guests wants and needs.
Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer guest questions and make suggestions.
Communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs.
Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service.
Support fellow FOH & BOH staff in duties as needed.
Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years full-service restaurant experience.
TABC Certified & Texas Food Handlers Certification
Works well under pressure while handling simultaneous activities and maintaining a positive attitude.
Strongmunication skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our way of doing things.
Must have a love for food, beverages, and hospitality.

Working Conditions
The working conditions for this position primarily include an indoor climate-controlled environment with minimal health and safety hazards, with occasional outdoor serving tasks for to-go food delivery duties for parked to-go customers and outdoor dining areas in various weather conditions. Indoor conditions include exposure to hot surfaces, heat lamps, noise, congested areas, slippery surfaces, sharp edges, and handling sharp, hot, cold, and wet objects. Outdoor conditions include but are not limited to exposure to various weather conditions, moving objects/vehicles, exposure to hot surfaces, heat lamps, noise, congested areas, slippery surfaces, sharp edges, and handling sharp, hot, cold, and wet objects. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, multitask, perform simple and repetitive tasks, attain precise attention to detail, control the work pace, follow instructions, handle confrontational situations, and work alone or in a group. Tobacco-free environment.
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements for this position involve constant walking and standing and frequent bending forward and twisting at the waist, reaching above/below shoulder and chest level, elbow and wrist flexion and extension, neck twisting/turning/tilting, and foot pedal action, with occasional crouching, kneeling, and reaching behind the body. This position requires the individual to maintain balance while carrying large and small trays weighing up to 30 lbs over your shoulder. The individual in this position must have fine motor skills and must be able to lift 30 lbs. Sensory demands include hearing, speech, vision, spatial perception, and tactile.
