Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. This is not an entry-level positioncraft cocktails, wine, and beer are the core of our program, and were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and full bar selections with precision and speed.
- Take and manage multiple orders at once, balancing bar patrons with full-service restaurant tickets.
- Provide warm, attentive service to seated bar guests while executing service bar orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism behind the bar at all times.
- Assist in creating and maintaining seasonal bar menus; contribute ideas for cocktails and specials.
- Accurately process payments, follow responsible alcohol service practices, and comply with all health/safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a full bar/restaurant setting (craft cocktail experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while delivering excellent hospitality.
- Enthusiasm for menu creativity and consistency in execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.
Schedule:
- Evenings and weekends required (WednesdaySaturday).
- Must have reliable availability during these peak shifts.
