Le Coucou, situated in a stunning Roman and Williams-designed space, offers a modern take on classic French cuisine. With crisp linens, flickering candles, and whitewashed brick, the ambiance sets the stage for Chef Rose's vibrant cooking. We bridge the gap between the City of Light and the Big Apple, proving that the essence of fine French dining transcends borders.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude, consistently applying patience and dedication to training and ongoing professional development.
  • Dedicated to maintaining exceptional floor presence at all times, ensuring attentive and seamless service.
  • The ability to hand deliver dishes followed by a clear and professional verbal description of dishes.
  • Barista experience - familiarity with full espresso machine service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
  • The ability to multi-task a variety of floor responsibilities, including table marking, wine glass placement, and general table maintenance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Michelin Star or well-regarded metropolitan restaurants (preferred).

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
