Server/Sommelier

As a server at Atera, you will be a part of making the guest experience something to remember. Since we are a small team, all team members participate in all aspects of the service and opening/closing duties. You will be responsible for setup and closing tasks, guest interaction, space maintenance, food running, and beverage service. You should be passionate about hospitality, comfortable with tableside interactions, and eager to share your enthusiasm for food and wine. We are open to welcoming someone with basic wine knowledge who is willing to make time independently to develop their knowledge.

• Provide an elevated yet approachable dining experience
• Work closely with the front of house and kitchen team to ensure seamless service
• Manage tables efficiently, balancing attentiveness and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

• Experience: At least 2 years in a front of house role preferably in a fine dining setting
• Wine Knowledge: A strong foundation in wine, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Personality: Warm, engaging, and confidentable to connect with guests and create memorable experiences that can lead to long term guest relationships. Able to talk about wine and food in a friendly, fun, unpretentious manner.
• Work Ethic: Reliable with a "can do" attitude that looks for solutions. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on collaboration with the rest of the team
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $20.00) plus tips
