Experienced Server Mediterranean Cuisine

We are a unique fusion restaurant offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes, seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, informed, and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable dining experience.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen; clear and legible handwriting is essential.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Monitor tables and promptly address any guest needs or concerns.
Buss tables (clear and clean tables).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:
Strong spoken English skills required for taking orders and interacting with guests.
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management: multitasking and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and accept constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, etc.

What We Offer:
Pay: starting $17.87 an hour + tips
Hours assigned will vary while the candidate undergoes training as necessary. Hours will be increased once the candidate begins to fully demonstrate efficiency at all their job duties and no longer requires supervision (ending probationary period).
