Front Counter Dining Room Host

At Chick-fil-A Huntington, the Front Counter Hospitality Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Make Emotional Connections with Guests in Front Counter and Dining Room
• Provide genuine hospitality with our guests
• Keep a clean and safe work environment. Ensuring all table are clean and restroom kept at brand standard.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time both indoors and outdoors
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability).

This job is fast paced, and we are looking for individuals who love working in a team atmosphere.
