Job Details Were opening a new, design-forward restaurant inside the New Museum on the Boweryrooted in sustainability, seasonal cooking, and an exceptional beverage program. This will be the first and only restaurant designed by OMA, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of art and culinary culture: collaborating with artists, curating late-night bar programming, and hosting brand and museum events.Who You Are

- 2+ years bartending experience in NYC preferred
- Strong understanding of steps of service and floor presence
- Knowledgeable and curious about wine (natural & old world)
- Calm under pressure; clear communicator
- Full availability, including nights/weekends
- Deliver thoughtful, efficient service and guide guests through the menu and beverage program
- Maintain section organization: pacing, coursing, seat numbers, and check accuracy
- Collaborate with service team/BOH to ensure timing, quality, and allergy accuracy
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout service
- Support pre-shift prep, side work, and end-of-night close
- Represent the restaurants values: hospitality, inclusivity, and professionalism
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
