The Paris Cafe is officially open in the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this New York landmark is back with a reimagined menu rooted in French bistro classics, a strong beverage program, and an atmosphere built for late-night energy, private events, and everyday elegance.

What Were Looking For : 2+ years of restaurant serving experience in NYC or Europe Familiarity with French cuisine and fine dining standards Ability to run full sections confidently during busy services Strong working knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails Experience using Toast Professional presence, clear communication, and a team-first mentality Availability for dinner and late-night shifts Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with valid ID
Bonus Points For : Brunch or large-party coordination experience Ingredient-driven or seasonal menus Background in classic training or old-school service models
