Were opening the doors to a next-level Cocktail Bar & Lounge in the heart of Downtown Oakland and we're building a Front of House team thats all about energy, connection, and elevated service.

Open Positions:
Bartenders
2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume or craft cocktail settings

Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and bar etiquette

Fast, clean, and friendly you know how to own the bar while making everyone feel welcome

Barbacks
Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and prepped for service

Support bartenders with setup, restocking, and breakdown

Must move quickly and efficiently, always one step ahead

Servers
Strong knowledge of menu, cocktails, and table service

Friendly, polished, and attentive with great timing

Able to read the room and create a memorable guest experience

Hosts
Be the first impression warm, welcoming, and organized

Manage reservations, waitlists, and flow of the room

Strong communication skills and calm under pressure

Requirements (All FOH Roles):
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Flexible availability and minimum 4 shifts per week

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Must be a team player who thrives in a busy environment

Ability to stay calm, positive, and professional under pressure

Must be 21+ for bar roles; 18+ for host/server positions

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Competitive pay: $17.50 $22.00 per hour + tips, based on experience & position
