Were looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven bartender to join the Pearl Box team. Ideal candidates are confident behind the bar, passionate about cocktails, and excited to help create an elevated, engaging, and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of classic and house cocktails with consistency and care

• Engage warmly with guests, offering thoughtful recommendations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

• Work clean, fast, and efficiently while maintaining a polished bar setup

• Manage inventory and prep, including batching and garnish prep

• Support private events, tastings, and activations as needed

• Collaborate with the bar team on seasonal menus and new drink development

• Maintain compliance with all DOH and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail setting

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktail techniques and spirits

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Passion for hospitality and a love of good music, good drinks, and good energy

Bonus Points For:

• Wine and/or caviar knowledge

• Familiarity with bar systems like Toast and Opentable

• Interest in events and pop-ups

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $13.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,500
