Job description
Line cook is a member of the Food & Beverage Team. They are responsible for preparation of food to order for the hotel restaurant, ensuring consistent quality and follows hotel branded specifications as well as company Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures. This individual is required to be detailed oriented; guest focused, and must work well in a team environment and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner. Oversees and participates in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment.

Line cook es miembro del equipo de alimentos y bebidas. Son responsables de la preparacion de los alimentos a pedido para el restaurante del hotel, aseguran una calidad constante y siguen las especificaciones de la marca del hotel, asi como los procedimientos operativos estandar y los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria de la empresa. Este individuo debe estar orientado a los detalles; centrado en el huesped, debe trabajar bien en un ambiente de equipo y disfruta de servir a los clientes de una manera positiva, amigable y cortes. Supervisa y participa en la preparacion de alimentos de acuerdo con recetas y estandares mientras mantiene un ambiente de trabajo ordenado, limpio y seguro.
