About Us: Inkwell is a craft cocktail bar known for inventive drinks, warm hospitality, and an intimate, high-energy atmosphere. We focus on quality, from our ingredients to our serviceand were looking for someone who shares that passion.

The Role: As the Host, you're the first and last impression our guests haveand a vital part of our service team. Youll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing flow and seating, and supporting the bar and floor staff in delivering a seamless guest experience. This is more than just greeting people; youre a key player in helping the entire team stay in sync. This position would be for Friday and Saturday shifts with the option of working the door on Sunday and Monday.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage waitlists, reservations, and guest flow

  • Communicate guest needs and table status to bartenders and servers

  • Support the floor team by resetting tables, assisting with menus, and anticipating guest needs

  • Answer phones and handle reservation inquiries

  • Keep the entry area clean, organized, and welcoming
