Join the opening team of an elevated traditional Mexican restaurant in a prime location on busy Lakeshore/Piedmont district, led by a celebrated chef with over 20 years of experience in authentic Mexican cuisine.

The location (Formally Shakewell) holds a unique place in Lakeshore's vibrant social community and with our food & drink selections we expect lots of traffic in the months to come!

We are looking for people with passion in food and wine and even more so for those with a personal interest for Latin food & spirits.

Were looking for:

Full-time & part-time bartenders for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch

Weekend availability is required

2+ years craft cocktail experience in upscale or high-volume settings

Agave spirit knowledge (tequila, mezcal, etc.) preferred

Familiarity with batching techniques is a plus

What youll do:

Craft and serve high-quality cocktails

Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable guest service

Keep the bar organized, clean, and well-stocked

Share your passion for cocktails and spirits
