Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in booking information and billing details.
Manage reservations through phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing information about room types, rates, and available amenities.
Address guest requests and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area while managing guest luggage and mail services.
Process payments and verify guest identification in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms meet quality standards before guest check-in.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic office equipment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
