Valets Jobs
A valet in the hospitality service industry is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service. They are expected to greet guests upon arrival, help with their luggage, park cars, and provide guests with information about the hotel or establishment. In some regions, valets might need a special driver's license or certification that verifies their ability to safely operate a variety of vehicle types. Prior to becoming a valet, a person might start their career in the hospitality industry as a bellman, concierge, or a front desk agent. These roles can provide the necessary customer service experience and understanding of hotel operations that a valet needs.
