Job Details Financial District upscale Cantonese restaurant seeking a motivated, energetic part-time bartender available 4:30 PM -10:30 PM two to three days a week. We are looking for a bartender who can balance working medium-volume dinner service and serving guests at a nine-seat bar.

Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is a HUGE plus, with negotiable incentives.

Job Duties:

• Set up bar with white wines, bottled waters, juices, bar tools and ice
• Knowledge of classic and signature cocktails on our menu
• Organization - keeping wines, juices, liquors and beer cleaned and stocked
• Cleanliness - cleaning bar tools, work areas, glassware
• Speed - serve bar customers as well as filling drink orders for dinner service
• Keep open lines of communication with bar manager about stock levels and issues with service or customers
• Create simple syrups
• Close bar promptly at 9:45 PM with all guests out by 10:00 PM except on exceptionally busy days

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00)
