Steingold's Of Chicago Bagels and Nosh in Chicago, IL is looking for Front of House Specialists to join our team. This is a new project opening in June 2024 across from Wrigley Field connected to the Zachary Hotel.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for operating as a Cashier and Barista
- Accurately ring up customers with confidence and full knowledge of the menu
- Initiate side work without being micromanaged while following a daily prep list.
- Have full understanding of priorities and surroundings during slow and busy moments
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area with consideration of your coworkers
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Excellent customer service abilities.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience In fast casual environment preferred
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Certifications
- Basset Certification
- Food Handlers Certification
- Allergen Certification
