Outsider BBQ started as a beloved food truck known for its bold fusion of Texas-style BBQ and Turkish flavors. we ve brought that same passion to our brick-and-mortar home in Frelard, Seattle with a weing indoor space and a vibrant beer garden.

We re building a go-to destination for incredible food, great drinks, and a lively atmosp and we re looking for enthusiastic, people-loving Front of House (FOH) team members to help us bring it to life.

Earn $34+ an hour with tips! We believe in rewarding great service and making sure our team s in the success.

What You ll Do:

Provide a Warm Wee: Greet guests with energy and kindness, making them feel right at home whether they re regulars or first-timers.

Take Orders & Answer Questions: guests navigate the menu, take orders confidently, and ensure they have everything they need.

Manage Flow: Keep the line moving efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly vibe.

Serve Food & Drinks: Run food and drinks to tables, check on guests, and support a smooth, relaxed dining experience.

Keep It Clean: Buss tables, wipe surfaces, and maintain a tidy and weing dining area inside and outside.

Team Support: Jump in wver needed helping teammates, restocking supplies, or lending a hand during busy shifts.

What We re Looking For:

A friendly, outgoing personality with strongmunication skills

A natural sense of hospitality you enjoy helping people feel wee

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or caf setting is a plus, but not required

Strong work ethic and the ability to stay positive under pressure

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Reliability and a team-first mindset
