Outsider BBQ started as a beloved food truck known for its bold fusion of Texas-style BBQ and Turkish flavors. , we ve brought that same fire and creativity to our brick-and-mortar home in the heart of Frelard, Seattle. With a lively indoor dining space and a vibrant beer garden, we re creating a go-to destination for incredible food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality.

As we grow, we re looking for hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) team members to help us deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to join a passionate crew and grow with us from the ground up.

What You ll Do:

Food Prep & Cooking: Assist in preparing proteins, sides, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain consistency, quality, and speed.

Station Management: Set up and break down your station, keeping it clean,anized, and fully stocked during service.

Team Support: Work closely with other BOH and FOH team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during shifts.

Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Event Support: Occasionally assist with off-site catering, festivals, and special events.

Growth Opportunities: Learn BBQ-specific skills, including trimming, seasoning, smoking, and slicing meats, with opportunities to train under experienced pitmasters.

What We re Looking For:

Previous kitchen or BOH experience preferred, but not required we re happy to train the right person.

Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.

Attention to detail andmitment to quality.

Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.
